Our Rates for services and transportation are competitive with other centers in the area. We also work with various insurance companies as well as the Erie county dept. of Senior Services, the VA and Medicaid, Please call for more information.
Transportation
We transport participants within a 15 mile radius of our Center. (for an additional fee)
Participants should be ready at the agreed time of pick up, in order for our system to operate efficiently. When returning home, we expect someone to be there to receive the participant at the end of a program dayunless otherwise specified.
In Winter, driveways, sidewalks and entryways must be clear of ice and snow to be safe. If the transfer from home to vehicle is unsafe due to these factors, the driver can choose not to transport the participant that day. We also request that all obstacles be removed from the path to and from our vehicles (toys, pets, equipment, lawn furniture etc.). Caregivers are expected to assist our staff in the transfer from home to vehicle and vice versa.
Changes in Transportation must be communicated to our Center as early as possible. If transportation is not cancelled the caregiver will be responsible for the transportation fees. If necessary, you may leave a voice mail message. The drivers will receive the information when they arrive for their morning shift.
